accessing agent's web passport
Need a username and password for Agent's Web Passport?
Your agency principal can sign up to designate an administrator who can then request new usernames online with Westfield's Self Administration tool.
Follow the instructions on the bottom of the designation form to fax or email the completed form to Westfield. This form is also available on Agent's Web Passport on the Home page, listed under tools, or you can contact Agency Help to request a form.
If your agency has already signed up for Agent's Web Passport, and you have questions or aren't sure who the assigned administrator is, contact Agency Help at agencyhelp@westfieldgrp.com or 1.800.243.0210, option #5.
